Job Role: Intervention and Support Worker
Promoting the development of positive, pro-social attitudes, behaviours, and social skills among the client group is a key aspect of this role. You will support or co-deliver St Giles' SOS+ awareness sessions at both Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels, provide guidance on resolving interpersonal issues, and keep accurate records.

Candidate Requirements:
* Proactive, compassionate, and experienced Intervention and Support Worker with a proven record of delivering gender-specific support.
* Professional expertise and lived experience of overcoming barriers similar to those faced by the client group.
* Relevant experience in supporting at-risk young girls within education or community settings.
* Knowledge of challenges faced by vulnerable young girls in the local area.
* Understanding of professional standards and accountability.
* Strong safeguarding practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, IT, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Professional, collaborative, and flexible approach to work.
