3. Oversee the daily operations of the purchase ledger team to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
4. Review and approve supplier payments while maintaining compliance with financial policies.
5. Reconcile supplier statements and address discrepancies efficiently.
6. Support month-end and year-end close processes within the property sector.
7. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a productive working environment.
8. Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries.
9. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Manager should have:
10. Preferably experience in purchase ledger management or a similar role within Accounting & Finance.
11. Strong knowledge of accounting systems and practices.
