HR Business Partner

£45,000 - £50,000 + bonus & benefits
Are you a proactive, people focused HR professional ready to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast paced manufacturing environment? Iconic Resourcing are partnering with a leading global brand to find an exceptional HR Generalist to join their high performing HR team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a business with iconic heritage brands and ambitious growth plans. You’ll work closely with leaders across operations and supply chain to drive engagement, support talent development, and shape a culture where people thrive.
What you’ll be doing:
* Coaching and advising managers on employee relations, engagement, performance, and policy
* Partnering on recruitment and onboarding to attract top talent
* Championing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives
* Using data and analytics to drive decision making and continuous improvement
* Supporting and leading key HR projects across multiple sites
What we’re looking for:
* Strong generalist HR background, ideally in a manufacturing or operational setting
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and employee relations
* Experience working in a unionised environment and confident managing union interactions
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
* Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
* Experience with HRIS and data-driven HR practices
Bonus if you have:
* CIPD qualification
* Experience in a multi-site or international environment
