Responsibilities
* Managing and motivating the contact centre team to achieve service targets
* Ensuring excellent customer relations and resolving complex queries
* Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and feedback
* Implementing process improvements to optimise efficiency
* Maintaining accurate records and reports on customer interactions
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Customer Contact Executive or Customer Relations Manager
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
* Previous experience within a contact centre environment is preferred
