Finance and Business Support Administrator (part time)

Remote/Tewkesbury

£32k pro rata – 15 hours per week.

Our client is a long-established IT consultancy based in Tewkesbury and, due to continued growth, they have a part time vacancy for an experienced Finance and Business Support Administrator to work on a remote basis for 15 hours per week. While the role will be fully remote our client would like someone based in or around Tewkesbury as there may be a need to attend meetings in this area. Key Responsibilities:

* Bookkeeping & Finance Admin

* Raising POs, raising customer invoices, processing supplier bills

* Reconciling bank transactions

* Credit control and supplier payment preparation

* Customer Support & Renewals

* Managing and following up on software maintenance renewals

* Liaising with vendors and distributors to obtain quotes and terms

* Sending renewal reminders and tracking responses

* CRM & Data Management

* Updating and maintaining customer and other records

* Ensuring information is current and complete across platforms

* Marketing & Website Support

* Uploading blog posts, maintaining basic website content

* Assisting with light marketing admin (e.g. mailing list updates)

* General Admin Support

* Supporting the Managing Director with ad hoc tasks

* Helping streamline and document internal processes

Candidates will need:

* Previous experience in a similar operations, admin or PA role (bonus if in IT or a B2B environment)

* Advanced working knowledge of Xero Accounting Software

* Comfortable using CRM tools, online portals, and cloud apps

* Strong attention to detail and a methodical, self-starting approach

* Good communication skills (written and verbal)

* Tech confident – we’ll provide a company laptop, headset and all necessary software

* Trustworthy and reliable – we’re a small team and depend on each other
