Cwmbran | £12.21-£12.75 per hour | Full-time | Temporary (6 months)
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Receptionist to join a Public Sector client on a temporary basis for approximately six months. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, and must have previous experience in a similar role.
Key Duties:
* Handle incoming telephone calls.
* Manage reception calendars and conference room bookings.
* Manage the reception area and deal with general enquiries.
* Assist with administration tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational and IT skills with good attention to detail.
* Effective time management and administrative skills.
