This role is perfect for a mid-level Software Engineer who wants to take on exciting projects while benefiting from mentorship and guidance from a supportive senior engineering team. You'll join an engineering team of around 12 developers, working in a collaborative environment where learning, code quality, and professional growth are genuinely encouraged. What You'll Be Working On Developing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs Building new features and enhancing existing systems across the full stack Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Collaborating with Product, Design, and other engineers Participating in code reviews and technical discussions Improving system performance, reliability, and developer experience Projects include real-time collaboration tools, data-driven platforms, and internal applications supporting customer-facing software. Tech Stack (Open-Source) Backend: Python Frontend: Vue.js Frameworks: FastAPI, Vue 3 Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis Infrastructure: Linux, Docker, CI/CD pipelines Cloud: AWS Testing: Pytest, Jest You don't need experience with every tool - strong Python fundamentals and a willingness to learn are key.
