Procurement Manager - Facilities Management
The Procurement Manager - Facilities Management will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies and sourcing commercial partnerships to support our Workplace strategies within the Facilities Management teams.
Key responsibilities include developing long-term strategic plans, managing costs, and creating sourcing and supplier management strategies. The role involves partnering with key stakeholders and the market to ensure that category strategies align with current and future business needs. Continuous assessment and development of the supply base to meet evolving demands are essential.
This position supports a wide range of categories, including hard and soft services, security, occupational health, and real estate. The Procurement Manager will collaborate across various stakeholder groups, from manufacturing to research and development, each with unique needs. This is a pivotal time for our facilities management strategy as we explore innovative approaches to address changing workplace requirements.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge and experience in sourcing facilities management categories
Experience across categories such as hard and soft services, security, occupational health, and real estate
Expertise in procurement category management, particularly within the EMEA region
Proven skills in supplier relationship management
Strong senior stakeholder management experience
Leadership experience in a global matrix environment, both internally and with external stakeholders
Excellent communication and influencing skills
CIPS certification
