You’ll be working in our busy Industrial temp division, supporting clients and candidates across Essex and beyond. Full training will be provided. Roles & Responsibilities * Speak with clients to take bookings and understand their staffing needs * Source and register temporary candidates for industrial roles * Match candidates to bookings and confirm shifts * Keep accurate records in our CRM system whilst ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation * Check in with workers to ensure smooth assignments * Build and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and candidates * Provide excellent customer service and represent our business professionally Experience, education & qualifications * Previous experience in a customer service, admin, or sales role is an advantage but not essential * Confident communicator, both on the phone and in person * Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn...
