Job Description
I’m working with an outstanding global integrated agency that is looking for a Project Director with a passion for delivering standout marketing/advertising campaign projects across in-store, digital, and events, among others. This role primarily manages one key brand within a restricted category. It is a permanent, hybrid position based in Solihull (3 days per week on-site), offering a salary of up to £55k, 28 days holiday, enhanced pension contributions, occasional flexible hours around core hours of 10am-4pm, life assurance, tailored learning and development programmes, and more. The Role
As Project Director, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional multi-channel campaign projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while providing a first-class client experience. You will have a delivery-focused mindset, always seeking ways to improve efficiency. Collaboration with other departments (client services, strategy, and creative) is essential, along with being a genuine problem solver. Ideally, you come from an agency background with experience managing complex clients. Projects will span digital, in-store, and events, offering diverse and engaging work. You will work with a global client, providing significant exposure to major brands.
About You
* Extensive integrated agency experience with the ability to deliver projects across all touchpoints
* Proven experience leading complex marketing projects
* Recent agency experience preferred; in-house candidates may also be considered
* Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders’ needs
* Experienced in managing detailed timing plans, forecasting resource needs, and managing budgets
* Capable of juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
* Experience with global clients and restricted categories is advantageous
* Line management experience with a passion for developing people
* Experience in strategy, creative ideation, and enthusiasm for working on global projects across in-store, digital, and events
