A 9 month maternity cover opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager has arisen in the Anaesthetics, Critical Care and Chronic Pain Services
The team is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to take on the role of Service Delivery Manager for a busy department. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering a safe and effective service for all stakeholders
This role is responsible for the successful operational delivery of the Anaesthetics, Critical Care and Pain services to a high standard of patient and clinical satisfaction. The role will also be supporting the planning and implementation of service improvements and co-ordination of operational teams.
In addition, the post holder will have line management responsibilities for administrative support staff - medical secretaries, waiting list coordinators.
You will need to have previous experience of line management, healthcare leadership, experience of working autonomously to meet challenging deadlines or equivalent experience.
