Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager able to hit the ground running. Strong understanding of clinical leadership, care standards, and risk management. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Experience in older adult care and nursing home settings. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor the clinical team to uphold exceptional standards of nursing care. Support the Home Manager with clinical governance, audits, and continuous improvement. Drive safe staffing, medication management, and best practice across the home. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
