The Role We’re looking for a high‑energy deal‑maker to spearhead growth in the hospitality & student living sectors. You’ll own a portfolio of named chains and main contractors, taking opportunities from first meeting through to contract award. What You’ll Do Map and target c. 50 key accounts using HubSpot ABM tools. Build multi‑level relationships (asset managers, project leads, QS). Lead discovery, develop ROI cases and coordinate estimators/designers. Secure pilot projects, then convert into multi‑site frameworks. Smash monthly KPIs: >10 meetings, >£1 m qualified pipeline, >1 proposal/week. Report weekly to Sales Director & MD. About You 5 yrs selling contract furniture, fit‑out or FF&E packages (£500k deals). Black book inside Unite Students, Accor, IHG, Bowmer Kirkland etc. Fluent in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and virtual demo tools. Commercially sharp: can build margin models and negotiate at C‑level. Passionate about sustainability & circular design. Package £40 k basic uncapped commission (£100k) Car allowance, pension, 25 days leave. Flexible/hybrid working. Career path to Sector Head within 2 yrs.
