Brief Job description
As a support worker at Cariad Care Services your responsibilities may include:
Providing person centered, outcome-based support for the elderly within their home setting.
Ensuring clients privacy and dignity is maintained and respected.
Supporting clients with personal care and support in daily life activities
Maintaining and completing clients records within their home setting
Supporting clients to access local community-based activities
Supporting clients between the hours of 7am and 10pm, the role requires house to hose calls
