Our client is keen to speak with candidates who come from a parcel or logistics background, with experience managing commercial customer relationships, driving account growth, and working closely with operational teams to deliver high service standards. The successful candidate will manage an established portfolio of customers across Northern Ireland, ensuring strong client retention, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting overall commercial performance. The Role The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong long-term relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction, service delivery, and commercial targets are achieved.You will work closely with internal operational teams and customers to identify improvements, resolve issues, support account development, and maximise opportunities for growth across the business.
