About the role
Are you looking to join an expanding Asset Strategy and Delivery Team? Could you be our next Stock Condition Surveyor to further develop our understanding of our property portfolio? If you have a strong property knowledge and a willingness to learn in a flexible working environment this could be the job for you.
We are recruiting Stock Condition Surveyor to join our established Stock Condition Surveying Team and deliver our Strategic Business Plan objective to complete surveys to 100% of our stock on a rolling 5 year programme.
The main focus of the role will be to undertake property surveys to ensure we have robust understanding of their overall condition and to help shape ongoing planned investment programmes. This role could suit anyone with a property maintenance and repairs background, with a willingness to learn and focus on providing excellent customer service.
This role will also work to help us understand the energy performance of our properties, conducting surveys to produce Energy Performance Certificates. Whilst experience in this area would be useful; full training to become a Domestic Energy Assessor will be provided.
