You’ll complete a structured rotational training programme, gaining insight into various areas of the business, before progressing in an area that suits your strengths and skills.

The Opportunity
As a Graduate Business Trainee, you will:
1. Participate in a structured rotational program across different departments, including administration, credit control, customer service, finance, operations and sales.
2. Develop your knowledge of the company’s products, services and customer needs.
3. Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development.
4. Support operational processes and contribute to business growth.
5. Work closely with the North West Credit Manager and Regional Director
6. Have the opportunity to progress and complete qualifications in your chosen specialist area

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be a well-presented graduate with:
