Position Overview:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own every stage of the recruitment process, from sourcing and headhunting to building long-term client relationships. You’ll work across some of the world’s most innovative sectors including EV, battery tech, and clean energy. You’ll have the autonomy to carve out your own vertical market, build a high-performing desk, and grow a team around it, with full support from our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Management
* Identify and secure new client partnerships across new mobility, vehicle tech, and renewable energy
* Deliver tailored recruitment solutions: contingent, retained, or project-based
* Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle
* Attend industry conferences and international business trips
Candidate Search & Talent Delivery
* Headhunt and qualify high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and the CRM
* Present shortlist packs with detailed insight and interview feedback
* Own the end-to-end process from first contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
Market Intelligence & Internal Growth
* Stay on top of industry trends and talent shifts
* Build talent pipelines in specialist markets
* Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute to internal projects and training
What We’re Looking For
* 12–24 months’ experience in 360 recruitment or sales
* Proven track record of billing consistently and winning new clients
* Able to present a clear strategic plan for building a desk in our existing markets or a new niche you’re passionate about
* Commercially aware, target-driven, and naturally competitive
* Strong communicator, persuasive, articulate, and confident
* Proactive and organised, with excellent attention to detail
