Key Responsibilities
* Work as part of a design team delivering electrical calculations, reports and detailed designs
* Produce designs using CAD and BIM (Revit) and other specialist software
* Carry out design calculations to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
* Undertake site surveys, inspections and data capture
* Review construction designs and provide technical input
* Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and contractors across project teams
* Attend project and technical meetings and contribute to design discussions
* Support delivery of projects across RIBA stages from concept through to completion
What they're Looking For
* Experience within an electrical building services / MEP consultancy role
* Understanding of design delivery across RIBA stages
* Degree or equivalent in Building Services / Electrical Engineering
* Experience with Revit, CAD and electrical design software (e.g. Amtech) is beneficial
* Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
* Ideally working towards Chartered status (CIBSE/IET)
