Private Client Paralegal- London
A UK law firm, ranked as a top tier firm in the Legal 500, are seeking to hire an experienced Paralegal to join a busy Private Client team in a friendly and diverse London office.
About the Role
This is a client-facing position, so attention to detail, excellent drafting skills, enthusiasm, confidence, and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
You will work on a range of private client matters, including:
* Private Client administration, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Administration of estates, including drafting forms for HMRC
* Drafting estate accounts
* Assisting with Court of Protection matters
* Learning to handle more complex estates and Wills
* Potentially managing your own cases under supervision
About You
* Law degree or further legal qualifications
* Qualified Legal Executive, studying CILEx, or an experienced paralegal with significant private client experience
* Good technical knowledge of private client work (Court of Protection experience is advantageous but not essential)
