Overview
Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Ipsum. Based in Aldershot within our Private Networks Division. You will be responsible for the management and delivery of projects and works activities, including planning and resourcing, and ensuring that all aspects of health and safety are adhered to. Production of RAMS and SSoW as required. Arrange the procurement and delivery of materials to site, including checking quotations.
Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver projects and works activities, including planning and resourcing labor.
* Produce RAMS and SSoW (client dependent).
* Arrange procurement and delivery of materials to site, including checking quotations.
* Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
* Develop project schedules/programmes, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
* Undertake site visits to ensure ongoing works align with schedules and client satisfaction; identify and mitigate risks.
* Communicate with clients to support delivery of new and ongoing works.
* Liaise with PPM Manager for labour requirements; manage procurement and delivery of materials for projects.
* Manage subcontractors via Ipsum Power supplier database; conduct site inspections (minimum monthly).
About You
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical and Electronic Engineering / HNC Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Detailed understanding of HV/LV electrical installation techniques, statutory requirements, legislation and technical advances; good Health & Safety practice and risk assessment knowledge.
* CTC and DBS clearance is required.
