Overview
VP, Product Management – B2B Acceptance. Mastercard is seeking a strategic and commercially minded VP of Product Management to lead and scale global B2B Acceptance capabilities. You will shape the product vision across the end-to-end supplier lifecycle—from onboarding and enablement through payment execution and reconciliation—and ensure our global solutions address real-world challenges for acquirers, suppliers, and ecosystem platforms.
Responsibilities
* Own and drive the global product strategy for B2B Acceptance, aligned to Mastercard’s broader Commercial Solutions vision.
* Define and evolve the strategic product roadmap for B2B Acceptance.
* Lead global initiatives that simplify supplier onboarding, enable straight-through processing, and optimize reconciliation.
* Translate complex business needs into scalable, modular product designs and capabilities.
* Lead the product lifecycle across ideation, design, delivery, and optimization — partnering with engineering and regional teams.
* Represent Mastercard’s B2B capabilities with key external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
* Drive adoption by embedding feedback loops from acquirers, suppliers, and partners into product planning and execution.
* Monitor market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive activity to inform product priorities.
* Ensure delivery of secure, compliant, and high-quality products that meet Mastercard’s global standards.
* Mentor and guide junior product managers to grow capability within the team and ensure delivery excellence.
Qualifications / About You
* Significant experience in product management, ideally in B2B payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
* Strong domain knowledge in acquiring, commercial card payments, or AR/AP platforms.
* Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver globally scalable solutions.
* Expertise in supplier lifecycle flows—from onboarding to reconciliation.
* Skilled at navigating matrixed organizations and aligning diverse regional stakeholders.
* Track record of driving outcomes, managing complexity, and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Strong strategic thinking, with a bias for execution and iteration.
* Experience managing or mentoring product team members.
