Job Description
We are seeking a Junior / 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst based in Wigan, UK, to join our client GK Recruitment. The role involves providing first-line support to pharmacy dispensers and users, resolving IT issues, and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities
* Support pharmacy dispensers via telephone, assisting with IT problems.
* Utilize remote access tools to provide support.
* Log and categorize incoming calls and emails in the CRM system.
* Update and document the knowledge base.
* Coordinate with Engineers and raise support tickets.
* Manage incidents efficiently and take ownership of issues.
Qualifications and Skills
* Good communication skills (written and verbal).
* Reasonable IT skills and problem-solving attitude.
* Ability to manage workload and take ownership of issues.
