Role Description
The Sales Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Newtown. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve sales and performance targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Daily responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, implementing strategies to increase sales, and preparing performance reports for management review. Additionally, the role requires fostering a positive and motivating team environment to drive success.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and guide a sales team.
* Proficiency in sales strategies, customer outreach, account management, and meeting sales targets.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales-related software.
* Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics and develop tactical plans to drive improvements.
* Prior supervisory experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
* Willingness to work on-site in Newtown and adapt in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
