My client is a leading Fit Out, Refurbishment and Joinery contractor operating throughout the UK delivering High End Hotel refurbishment, retail, chain food and drink outlets, commercial and leisure fit out projects. Based in Lancashire, they require a Projects Manager (Contracts Manager) to oversee the delivery of 2 Hotel Refurbishment projects they have recently secured, located in Warwickshire and the North Wales Peninsula respectively. Visiting the projects weekly, you will be responsible for overseeing the project delivery teams, liaison with the client and client rep, from site set ups through to completion. You will have a demonstratable stable experience working on Fit Out and Refurbishment projects as Project Manager up to Contracts Manager, from Pre Con stage through to handover. You must have knowledge and experience of Programmes, Design coordination, Cost management and be strong client facing. With the attitude and approach where quality, client satisfaction are in parallel to the successful delivery of projects, on programme and cost. With repat business and client relationships in mind. This will suit someone who is based ideally located for both commuting to the head office when needed but also convenient enough to get to projects nationally. So North Midlands, Cheshire, Manchester would be ideal.
