The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership leases, lease variations, new-build purchases, Help to Buy schemes, and more. You should be confident in managing your own caseload independently and be ready to hit the ground running. In this role as a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will receive the full support of a dedicated Legal Assistant and Post-Completion team, ensuring you can focus on delivering high-quality service to clients. Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry and managing associated documentation. Ensuring all transactions adhere to relevant legislation and industry best practices.
