Senior Recruitment Consultant – Biotech / Pharma (Established House Desk - PERM)
Open to sector switchers!
Two days a week in office.
Salary - dependent on billings, circa £30-40k plus commission. Could be more for a high biller.
My client is looking to hire an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to take over a long-standing Biotech/Pharma desk.
This is not a cold start. The desk billed £200k last year.
It is an established house desk with a very long-standing client base. The desk was previously run by the Managing Director and is now available due to a consultant leaving to travel. It has deep-rooted relationships, repeat business and significant headroom.
Huge potential to scale this desk to £300k+.
They are open on sector background, any technical/specialist 360 recruitment experience will be considered, but you must be commercially sharp, self-driven and comfortable operating with autonomy.
This is a mature, high-performing team with long-standing leadership. There is no micromanagement. You will be trusted to run your desk like your own business.
