We’re Hiring: Senior Designer (UK-based, Remote)
Permanent or Temp-to-Perm
Salary: £45–55k DOE | Day Rate: £300–350 (Temp-to-Perm route, converting after 3 months)
Remote-first with occasional in-person meetups (3–4x/year in London, W1)

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Designer with solid agency experience to join this forward-thinking team. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative and Design Directors, as well as Project Managers, Developers, Illustrators, and Animators to bring ideas to life across a range of platforms:
* User-centric websites
* Branding and identity development
* Campaigns across digital and print
* Mobile app design
* Social-first creative content
* Email marketing and digital banners
* Occasional print collateral
About You
You’re a creative, strategic thinker with at least 5 years of agency experience and a portfolio that showcases your ability to turn complex briefs into clean, cohesive, and impactful design.
You bring:
* Strong conceptual and branding skills
* A degree in Graphic Design or related field
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, plus Sketch or Figma
* Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design systems
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* A collaborative, team-focused mindset
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A practical, hands-on approach
Bonus skills include:
* Motion design
* Illustration
* HTML banner animation
* 3D design
