Role details
* Role: Care and Support Worker – Nights
* Hours: 33 hours per week
* Shifts: 20:00–08:00
* Salary: 12.96 per hour
* Location: Yates Court Scheme, High Street, Evesham, WR11 4DN

Responsibilities
* Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents including physical and personal care and support with social activities
* Promote and support the physical, emotional and overall well-being of residents
* Encourage independence and self-belief
* Ensure records and documents are completed in line with policy
Person Specification
* Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification
* Personable, effective communicator and a team player
* Passionate about delivering a quality care service
* Flexible with hours
