SEN TA Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team, SENCOs and Teachers to provide and promote inclusive learning.
Working with small groups and 1-to-1 sessions.
Providing support to students with SEN.
As a SEN TA you will need to ensure that youre creating a safe and comfortable environment for the students.
SEN TA What the role offers:
A weekly pay between £444-£513 PAYE.
Holiday pay included.
Time off during school holidays.
Free car parking available on the premises.
Guidance and support if you would like to further your career and become a Teacher.
SEN TA Ideal Candidate:
A relevant First-Class degree or 2:1 from a Top 20 University or Russell Group.
Ideally a Psychology graduate.
Ideally experience working with children or exposure to SEN.
Valid Right to Work and ideally an Enhanced DBS.
Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students with additional needs progress.
