Description
A leading global technology organisation within the Reality Labs domain is seeking a UX Researcher to support product teams in delivering user-centred solutions. This contingent role provides the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional partners, conduct impactful research, and deliver actionable insights that inform product development.
Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end research projects, from scoping to analysis.
Design and execute qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
Analyse research data and synthesise findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Run usability testing programmes in close collaboration with other UX Researchers.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the development process.
Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
3+ years of experience conducting user research in a technology or product-focused environment.
Proficiency in a range of research methodologies (e.g., interviews, usability testing, concept evaluation).
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
