Source Solutions are working with a very successful organisation, trusted brand and reputable employer in Portsmouth, who work on the cutting edge of technology and engineering, to recruit a highly experienced and forward-thinking Head of Health and Safety on a permanent basis at their main site in Portsmouth, working to company, UK and relevant international standards. The Head of Health and Safery is a role with a great deal of responsibility across a vast and high-tech premises, comprising numerous buildings and sections as well as a vast range of manufacturing processes, with a workforce of around 300 and thus requires someone with an extensive track record in relevant leadership. You will be responsible for leading the organisation’s strategy and implementation of health and safety management across all UK operations. The role is also for someone who can develop the company from an environmental perspective, giving the right candidate the opportunity to affect real change and drive improvements in this key area.
