EC Group are a specialist construction recruitment consultancy who are advertising for a Project Manager position on behalf of one of our clients, an office fit-out specialist contractor.
The position is with an established national main contractor based in Birmingham.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
1. Site introductions
2. Setting out trade
3. Managing trades
4. Reviewing drawings
5. Managing programme
6. Reviewing changes
7. Ordering materials
8. Managing clients
9. Supporting site managers and project managers
The requirements for the role include:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience
* Office fit-out experience
* Willingness to travel and stay away occasionally
* Ideally, candidates will hold site tickets such as SMSTS, Asbestos, etc.
