The Commercial Property team of this well-known and successful law firm are seeking a fee earner who can boast more than 5 years PQE, working across a wide range of commercial property matters. This is a position offering a clear career path, due to succession planning.
The role requires someone who is ambitious to manage client relationships very well for commercial longer-term relationships. The communication style will support this role integral to working with Partners from the firm internally and being proactive to the needs of clients.
Dealing with all aspects of commercial property sales and purchases you will have superb knowledge of leases and commercial finance also.
