As a Merhchant Support Specialist - Customer Service Advisor, you will work from home and operate as the first point-of-contact for the company`s clients and partners. Dealing with queries from these organisations and liaising internally with the company`s other departments, you will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the company`s products and services.
