What You’ll Be Doing:
* Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads across SME and individual markets
* Booking qualified appointments for our Advisors to close
* Using a consultative approach to understand client needs and open up opportunities
* Working to achievable KPIs with uncapped earning potential
* Representing Cransford with professionalism, energy, and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
* A self-starter with telesales or phone-based experience (PMI/insurance ideal but not essential)
* Hungry to earn and grow within a company that rewards effort and results
* Confident communicator with natural rapport-building skills
* Organised, reliable, and proactive — this role needs someone who wants to go places
