We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Operative to join our Blow Moulding Department at Bellshill Dairy. Contract Type: Full Time
Salary: £31,311.28 per annum (£14.96 per hour)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 2 days, 2 nights (7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am)
Location: Bellshill
Responsibilities
* Operating and setting up bottle supply and de-bagging machines
* Completing traceability documentation accurately
* Managing bottle and film waste, including reprocessing and baler use
* Performing machine safety checks and adhering to operating procedures
* Supporting changeovers and fault finding to minimise downtime
* Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards to Grade A level
* Reporting and recording supply performance metrics
Qualifications
* Experience in food manufacturing (preferred)
* A strong team ethic and excellent communication skills
* Confidence working with stakeholders and during audits
* The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
* A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
