Sand Communications is hiring an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our growing MSP team.
This role is suited to someone who can work independently, take ownership of client issues, and confidently operate across multiple environments. It’s a mix of support, on-site work, and project involvement, not just a ticket-based helpdesk role.
up to £40,000pa + benefits
Yorkshire based
Key responsibilities:
* Resolve support issues across multiple clients
* Attend client sites to troubleshoot, implement, and advise
* Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and network infrastructure
* Contribute to project work (migrations, deployments, improvements)
* Act as a trusted, professional point of contact for clients
Requirements:
* Strong MSP experience
* Ability to handle the majority of issues without escalation
* Confident in client-facing situations and working independently
* Solid experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking fundamentals
* Exposure to VoIP (SIP/hosted telephony) and firewall/network configuration is desirable
* Full UK driving licence
