We are seeking an organised and proactive Helpdesk Scheduler to join their thriving team. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate engineers for planned and reactive maintenance jobs Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from clients Log and update service requests accurately in the system Monitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed SLAs Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery Assist with general administrative tasks as required What We’re Looking For: Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload Confident using IT systems and databases (experience with CAFM systems is a bonus) A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn What’s on Offer: Competitive salary of £24,500 – £26,000 Full training and ongoing development Clear progression opportunities within a growing business A supportive and vibrant working environment Please note: This is an office-based role.
