The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager (Level 3) to provide cost, schedule, and risk management support to a high-profile Defence transformation programme. You will ensure robust controls are in place to monitor performance, manage change, and deliver the programme to time, cost, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule, cost forecasts, and risk registers.
2. Monitor programme performance and report on progress against key milestones and budgets.
3. Support change control processes, ensuring impacts are assessed and documented.
4. Produce regular reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for senior stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with MOD and programme governance standards.
