Senior Legal Counsel (12 month FTC) London | Hybrid I am working with a fast-growing, tech-led business operating internationally that is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel on a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with potential to extend. This is a broad in-house role with real autonomy, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business and supporting continued growth. The role You will support the business across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, working as a key member of a small legal team. Key responsibilities include: Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and technology agreements Advising on SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, reseller and vendor contracts Supporting sales, product and commercial teams on client contracts and RFPs Managing contract workflows and improving legal processes Updating templates and legal playbooks Advising on data protection and regulatory issues Supporting on corporate, governance and employment matters Working closely with risk, compliance, finance, tech and product teams About you This role will suit someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and being close to the business.
