About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Interim HR Administrator / Project Delivery Specialist to support the implementation and rollout of a new HR system across the organisation. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will play a key role in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress and supporting key milestones to ensure successful delivery. You will assist with system configuration, module implementation and data migration, while ensuring all employees are effectively onboarded onto the platform. The role will also involve supporting managers and employees through the transition by delivering training and guidance to drive system adoption and encourage employee self-service. In addition, you will help develop reporting capabilities, monitor system engagement and identify opportunities to improve HR processes and maximise the value of the system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining HR administration, systems work and project coordination in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. About You You will have strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A confident communicator, you will be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across the organisation and our external third-party provider, delivering training and supporting colleagues through the change. You will bring a collaborative and analytical approach, using data and insight to help improve processes and drive system adoption. Experience working with HR systems implementations or HR project delivery would be highly advantageous.
