Offer description

The role

encompasses a wide spectrum of duties supporting the delivery of training, to include:
1. Reception duties including control of entry, and visitor coordination
2. General office administration duties including the preparation of paperwork
3. Preparation of training and military exercise documents and products
4. Assisting the training delivery with administrative tasks and role play
5. Booking Video Telephone Conferences and preparing meeting rooms
6. Data input and export
7. Administrative support to military training events

THE PERSON

You will be a dynamic, confident and experienced administrator, who is comfortable within a military environment. Flexibility is critical for this role, so as an adaptable self-starter, you will waste no time in becoming a committed member of our passionate team.

Whilst not essential, the following attributes would be advantageous:

8. At least 2 years’ experience in delivering administrative support within a military environment
9. Familiarity with MoD IT systems
10. Familiarity with software tools such as SharePoint (training will be provided)

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
