Senior QC Senior Sampler
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Late Shift 1400-2230 (1200-2030 on Fridays)
Every second Friday off

Do you enjoy being hands‑on while also guiding others and shaping the daily rhythm of a busy QC environment? If that sounds like you, we'd love to welcome you to our Raw Materials and Sampling team.
We're looking for a QC Senior Sampler who will play a key role in coordinating and performing day‑to‑day sampling activities. Reporting to the QC Team Lead - Raw Materials and Sampling, you'll help ensure that every raw material and component is sampled safely, accurately, and on time, supporting both product quality and operational flow across the business.

What you'll be doing
* Create and coordinate raw material and component sampling plans, working closely with Supply Chain and Dispensing
* Oversee and support the daily workload of the Sampling Team
* Monitor adherence to sampling plans and report progress to the QC Team Lead
* Ensure timely and accurate sample postings in Oracle
* Train new samplers and help them develop confidence and capability
* Complete all documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices
* Own and investigate sampling‑related deviations where required
* Ensure all Sampling QMS actions are completed on time
* Escalate any issues that could impact quality or manufacturing, such as delays or potential contamination
* Act as area owner for the Sampling area, ensuring it remains clean, compliant, and well‑maintained
* Support additional ad‑hoc duties as needed

* Consistent adherence to sampling plans
* Accurate, up‑to‑date sample postings in Oracle

Skills & experience
* Proven experience in sampling GMP raw materials and components
* Competent user of Oracle
* Familiarity with environmental, health & safety, regulatory, and company standards
* Strong computer literacy with excellent attention to detail and clarity
Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant scientific discipline or substantial job‑specific experience

What's the interview process?
