Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid - Primarily Work from Home (6-8 days per month in office - London or Bedfordshire, TBC)
Contract: Full-time
Salary: £50,000 per annum OTE £75,000

Key Responsibilities:
To deliver new business sales primarily in the UK, selling SaaS screening services to meet clients' business needs and operational objectives.
Sales Representative Job Duties:
* Sell EBC products in the UK market.
* Report on new innovations that will add value to products and increase sales.
* Find new and innovative ways of meeting business targets and objectives.
* Contribute to the sales team by meeting deadlines and goals.
* Travel to meet potential clients.
* Support team goals by fostering a team atmosphere.
* Act as a liaison between marketing, new business, and account management.
* Set up presentations and ensure product demonstrations are configured optimally.
* Provide handover documentation to onboarding and account management teams.
* Invent new ideas for product promotion.
* Support account management in resolving customer complaints related to products and sales.
* Provide marketing material to encourage product purchases.
* Analyze competitors and report on SWOT to maintain market position.
* Attend events to promote products.
* Engage with customers to identify needs and resolve concerns.
* Follow internal administration and accounting processes, suggesting improvements where possible.
About You:
* Experience in business development and acquiring new business.
* Understanding of the sales process.
* Ability to present and demonstrate products to prospects.
* Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
* Confident in using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for research and contact management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing priorities.
* Positive, adaptable, solutions-focused attitude.
