The Role
As Customer Relationship Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 schools across the North, nurturing and strengthening existing relationships. You’ll engage with senior school stakeholders-including Heads, Governors, and Business Managers-to retain contracts, secure renewals, and successfully win multi-year tenders.
Your work will be a mix of face-to-face visits, Teams meetings, and focused administrative days. A key part of the role involves analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to inform strategic decisions.
This is an autonomous position, supported by a collaborative team, perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term partnerships and delivering outstanding service.
Key Requirements
 * 2+ years in an Account Manager role
 * Proven ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio of clients.
 * Professionally dressed, strong presentation skills and confidence in tender processes.
 * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within Northern region.
The Package
 * £45,000‑£50,000/ annum salary
 * Company car or £5,000 allowance
