Your new company A large and well-established private sector media organisation based in Glasgow is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide short-term cover supporting their CEO. Your new role As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their schedule and priorities. Your responsibilities will include: Complex diary management, coordinating meetings and priorities Accurate and efficient minute taking at senior leadership meetings Arranging and managing UK and international travel bookings Providing comprehensive administrative support Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, both internal and external This is a fast-paced role where organisation, discretion, and adaptability are key.
