I am recruiting for a Contracts Manager this is a permanent role working for an award winning and well respected main contractor on new build and refurbishment projects This is an amazing opportunity that offers great progression and promotion opportunities Responsibilities: • Overseeing large projects and helping implementing new processes • Programming • Client liaison • Reporting to the Construction Director • You may be required to stay away one or two nights a week depending on the location of projects • Involvement in pre-construction through to completion Requirements: • Experience on road or infrastructure projects • Construction experience with a main contractor • Minimum HNC/HND Building Studies or Construction related degree • CSCS • SMSTS or IOSH • Asbestos awareness training • First aid Benefits: • Salary up to £70,000 • Company car or car allowance • Company pension scheme If you are interested in this role please apply!
