The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will involve providing support and encouragement, following guidance from the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will need to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements. The role may also require administering personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in shifts, for which you will be paid an additional GBP 60 per sleep-in.
Their residential home supports adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. It offers 25 single-occupancy, self-contained flats, plus two flats for two people.
Their homes in England provide residential support and nursing care for people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. They focus on creating caring communities that promote inclusion and wellbeing, combining enabling support with a vibrant home life and maximizing opportunities for residents to live independently.
