Your new role
In this role, you will work at the Business Partner level within a specific business area, involved in a variety of generalist HR duties including:
* Being the first point of contact with HR within your region
* Managing employee relations case work
* Supporting the delivery of HR strategy within the organisation
* Collaborating and liaising with the wider company to ensure HR policies are being followed
* Utilising HR systems such as Natural HR
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees
* Promoting people engagement and culture
* Driving performance improvement
* Facilitating learning and development
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have experience as an HR/People specialist or at advisory level, and be looking to progress to your next role. You should have demonstrable experience with:
* Employee relations case work
* Good HR systems knowledge
* Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
* The ability to build strong relationships within the wider business
* CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards it
* Commitment to career development
